No lighting circuit is shared by an outlet circuit. Anyone needing to connect equipment that requires stable power can do it with this system. It is designed to handle industrial capacity. The isolation transformer alone was $7,000. This buffers the power from the street before it hits the panel. 10) Gas: there is active gas service to the building but not to the included auxiliary house. 11) ADA: the building meets township ADA requirements for wheelchair accessibility, doorknob level/height, light switch position, bathroom accessibility, etc~. 12) Parking: if needed parking area could be expanded by removing the auxiliary house and/or the maple tree and grass.
